Way too many Managers. Lack of departments interaction and team work. Lack of Ethics code application. Periodical Compulsive Layoffs based on word of mouth rather than actual employee performance, work detail and delivery. Poor Bargain Unit control and negotiations. Poor HR communicators, they only enforce rules when and where they want.
