Pros

A few genuine good employees remain.

Kontras

Frequent and unpredictable reorganisations of the company with same people getting promoted whilst many are neglected to either waste away or leave. Management pretend to listen but use budget cuts as an excuse for everything. If you want a career where you feel rewarded, excited and motivated this isn't the place for you. Everything is short term and every day brings sudden changes. No development, no ability to plan.

The goal of ALM is to ensure that every employee is clearly aligned with the top business priorities, supporting our growth plans, and feeling both productive and supported. Please join us in our various forums for communication to ensure you are clear on our plans, our 2018 results, and the strengths we are bringing into 2019. Change is difficult for everyone, however, those who engage in dialogue with leadership (either within their own teams or by reading Insights and participating in town halls) tend to understand what is happening and why. We encourage you to join us and absorb what is changing and why.

Pros

The biggest pro was the opportunity to learn within a large dealership group environment. Working for a company with multiple rooftops provided exposure to a variety of accounting processes and operations.

Kontras

Training and onboarding were limited due to the workload and staffing structure. Controllers were overseeing a high number of dealerships, which made hands-on training and support difficult at times.
