Friendly staff and managers. Direct communication between staff. Good location, especially for food. Flexibility in schedule and availability. Can work from home. Can listen to music while working. Produces a product that helps non-profit organizations, which can make you feel like you are doing a good service. Free Tea and Coffee

Work can be repetitive, Not very challenging, Some computers can be outdated or slow. Certain tools used, like Clearquest, are not very efficient. Some of the office rugs and equipment look like they could use a replacement.
