Above award wage because they work you so hard. Close bonds with co-workers due to suffering so much together. Guaranteed contract hours although you may be rostered under contract so ASM, SM and AM can get their bonuses but you STILL must be paid due to latest EBA. (thank you union)

Toxic work culture. Unrealistic time limits for running stock. One person doing the work of 2 people. Always understaffed. Constant abuse and aggressive remarks about SCOS. Lack of support from upper management. Blatant nepotism.
