      Pros

      One of the best places in which I have worked. 12.35 starting and since everyone is responsible for the same duties it's no arguing who's job is whose. Yes it requires us to be fast but that's not a bad thing considering that other jobs can be worse. They always check you take your full brake or you have to get an extra break pay.

      If you're not a morning person you won't like going in at 6 am.

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.
