There are not many pros any more

They push out hardworking members of staff (Not basing it on myself but all the people i have seen leave over the years) They are no longer competitive in salary. They claim they care about family however pick and choose who they accomadate to allow shift patterns for family matters etc. It is not a 1 rule for everyone.
