Very narrow minded in their financial products, they push annuities above all else even with the new limitations by finra on annuity sales! They expect you to "find a way" to make your compliance sheet "justify" an overload of annuities in the clients portfolio. If you are terminated, they try to force you out rather than pay unemployment benefits. The managers get a "reward" if they dont fire and force you to quit. Clients are very unhappy with VALIC so its an uphill battle to write new business within your book which is where they want you to focus.
