Horrible atmosphere - Account Representative bei AGSI Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I started at AGSI Systems 3 years ago and have never stopped learning and developing. I have been a part of several career-defining projects that have made me into the competent and successful professional I am today. All I can say is that if you are willing to put in the work - the opportunities are endless. My co-workers are also fantastic. I have made lifelong friends here at AGSI and cherish my relationships with each of them. A full table at my wedding was dedicated to my coworkers at AGSI and I wouldn't have had it any other way! We truly take care of one another.

There is a lot of change happening within the organizaton. But if you are OK with change or can add value to a changing landscape - this is the place for you.

Week off for Christmas. Pay might be OK if you make it past the contractor trial phase.

No training. Constantly told to go ask so-and-so to show me how to do something, and that person would tell me she was too busy. Staff seemed to be fearful of not getting their own work done. Owner refused to answer questions, would berate staff publicly, and constantly pressured salaried staff to "not be clock-watchers" and work long days. I watched his assistant wait for him for 3 hours because he disappeared and she was too scared to go home. Owner would also pressure me to have girls nights with the other women in the office. I have no proof but I always felt lousy in this office & I was convinced it is riddled with mold. I left within a month.
