Company doesn't pay well, nor do they offer any kind of annual pay increase. Additionally, if you are full-time, you have to make up hours, even if the gym is closed due to a holiday or inclement weather, to ensure you don't go under 35 hours a week, or you have to use your vacation time. I have never worked for a company that operates that way. They really don't have a Human Resources department. The owner doesn't care about his employees, only about making money.
