Pros
Good initial learning curve. If not motivated by long term career progression company gives good job security. Different office locations have very different atmospheres so depends on what individual is looking for.
Kontras
Extremely poor senior management due to in fighting and 'empire building'. Not a global mindset, irrespective what CEO says. Poor promotional opportunities. Very old fashioned top down mentality that does not support bottom up ideas or insights. What the CEO says goes. No point have a point of view (irrespective of experience). Note the new CEO is Rajalingham Subramaniam not Hor Weng Yew. New CEO ensures he is called 'Captain' which speaks for itself!
