      Management was very fake and the company culture was terrible. Really need to do a better job at corporate outlook.

      Everyone here has a negative attitude. No direction from management. Lack of proper training. Management painted a false picture of the company culture during interview stage. Management is also very quick to judge and does not communicate well with the team.

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
