      Friendly and comfortable, good for independent spirits. If you are a self starter with some experience, the do it yourself feel will be refreshing. You will be on your own, and came claim your own glory, or create your own downfall.

      Strange hours and demanding schedule. The industry requires testing in facilities spread over a large area. Frequent long days in remote or undesireable locations will be required. Travel through the week should be expected.

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
