Pros
- Uncapped commissions - ADP is financially stable (although budgets are trimmed), and it shows in the lack of benefits (just healthcare) - It really is a 9 to 5
Kontras
- Some positions don't make money at all with even 0% quota attainment (outbound teams) Management accepts that fact and doesn't try to correct it. - Leads are always allocated to the same teams/people. - Toxic internal policies, lots of disputes and escalations. There's not enough business for all sales reps, and people try to steal others' attainment. - Product is very difficult to be sold, and if implementation goes badly, sales reps need to give all the commissions back. - Some managers are heavily focused on KPIs and micromanagement, obliging people to do >40 calls a day regardless of the outcome. They need to hit the number, period. - No development opportunities. More than half the managers are sourced from outside.
