Pros
ADP does a great job with hiring talented individuals with awesome personalities. The company has a large focus on culture, acceptance and inclusiveness. There are a lot of opportunities and positions available.
Kontras
The company policies around COVID vaccination created a massive rift. When it became mandatory to come back into the office anyone who was not vaccinated was not able to use any of the company facilities (Gym & Starbucks). Everyone had to wear a mask and social distance. At this time the company also started a raffle for vaccinated individuals at the company to win $5,000. If you were not vaccinated then you would not be entered into this monthly drawing. A few months later the company allowed anyone who is vaccinated to no longer have to wear a mask and social distance. This made it extremely easy for everyone at the company to know who was vaccinated and who wasn't, thus completely removing medical privacy. The following month ADP announces that all non-vaccinated would be required to take weekly COVID tests at their own expense and time. This added more pressure on the non-vaccinated employee's as this required them to schedule appointments in advance weekly and wait in 1-2 hour long lines to get tested outside of work hours. The next month ADP announces that all non-vaccinated would be receiving an increase in the health insurance cost. Another month passes and ADP announces that all non-vaccinated are required to wear masks at all time when in the building, even if they are at their desk and on the phone. Keep in mind this whole time the company is giving away money to vaccinated employees and returning all freedoms to the vaccinated while still enforcing policies that completely segregated the non-vaccinated. A company who preaches inclusiveness and acceptance all the sudden no longer applied that principle when it comes to vaccines. Every decision they made continued to impress that the non-vaccinated were not wanted or accepted in the workplace. After multiple complaints to my manager, who didn't agree with the companies policies, I made the decision to leave ADP. It wasn't until I decided to leave and put my notice in that the company offered me any solutions (Working from home). I spent months feeling like my job was on the line and that I wasn't wanted. All while being worked at 200% compacity and everyone telling me there was nothing they could do. Then when I submit my notice I finally see any effort from ADP to retain me. At this point it was too late and my mental health was taking a massive toll dealing with all of this for almost a year. ADP is full of amazing people but the company itself doesn't care about you if you are not vaccinated, regardless of the reason why. I invested all of myself into ADP only for ADP to turn its back on me and that above anything made my decision in the end.
