Pros

Good peers. Challenging work. Good pay. Boosters for stress and time management. Boosters for other skill builders. Coffee bar and cafe on site.

Kontras

Poor communication from Senior Leadership. Management seems to have a lot of miscommunication. They are working to cross train people without having formal training sessions. The training is a calendar invite during the rush of year end. If you don't accept the invite, you have poor time management because you did not ask your client to move their committed meeting time. There is also a lot of gossiping. Do not share things that you want private. Word travels fast and the company is all about branding. No longer a work from home company. They let go Project Managers and Specialty Configuration employees that did not make the commute. The positions the let go merged into one position, with little to no training but high expectations. Capacity is very high (also a pro because busy means job security) Senior leaders like to fluff hard conversations and love ego stroking. No work life balance, they preached in the orientation. Highly stressful work. Clients swear and yell at you for missing deadlines but senior leadership says it is just payroll.

Pros

Employees can dress in normal day to day clothing as long as it is tactful, events all month on-site such as the Farmers market . Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote Self-service coffee and cappuccino bat and beautiful break and recharge rooms.
