Pros
-Training is provided. -Pay is decent considering the area the company is in and that this is truly an entry-level sales role. -Nice coworkers! I felt like everyone was approachable if I had any questions.
Kontras
-No healthcare or 401k benefits -Although there was training, it could've been better. Specifically, more training is needed to go over how to properly combat "false" objections. -CEO tends to hover around and check in frequently to make sure you're working. This was distracting, annoying, and sometimes anxiety-inducing. It also rubbed me the wrong way. I am not a child who needs 24/7 surveillance. -CEO tried to motivate us by saying we needed to work harder so, "I (CEO) can get rich." Can't believe this has to be explicitly said, but this is not a good motivator for your employees. -I'm hesitant to say this is a con since this is just the nature of working in sales, but do expect to work outside the typical "9-5" workday. If you're reading this and is put off about that, then this company (as well as most other sale jobs) may not be the career path for you.
