1 micro managing 2 setup unreal goals and try to squeeze team member to an extreme extent. 3 unpredictable and constantly changing manner 4 fake promises when hiring. 5 rude manner to employees. 6 high turn over, in a team, four people left within one year. 7 unsafe environment, office was broke in and laptop stolen several times.
