You are required to put more hours (9+) almost everyday still no compensation for that. Salary growth is very limited and it takes 2 to 3 years for increments. Management is incompetent and they are literally taking salaries based on the hard work of employees. No work/life balance Your leave gets cancelled because they don't have another employee to take care of the client's work.
