Everyone is very amiable, very reasonable, and most of all very fair to customers, as well as employees. Very understanding, very helpful, willing to train from no experience or refresh if you might be a little rusty.

Sometimes very long hours. No benefits. Sometimes too much shuffling of projects to make too many things happen at one time for the size of staff.
