Pros
The hours are flexible, you work with minimal supervision, benefits are good. It’s good if you’re going to school and need a chill part time.
Kontras
They don’t care if you’ve been there for 10+ years they will not prioritize your seniority for salary raises. The management is terrible and needs better training. The hours are terrible as well you work all from late morning to night time if you’re not a manager. The incentives suck. The company does not care about the company culture if you’re not working for corporate. They don’t appreciate their employees and are very disposable to them. I would not recommend this for a full time job.
