The company doesn’t let you feel like an employee, but encourages you to work as if this our own company which is really motivating. The environment and work culture of this company is also very friendly. The company also pays well and great incentives programme are conducted. My Reporting Head is very supportive and motivating and feels really very good to work under him. The Management of the Company is easy to approach and is always ready to guide you and to motivate you. This company has created the Biggest Achitecture Show of India. And it makes me feel really proud to work under such a great person.!
