Pros

Their star exhibition is backed by the biggest media house in India, so the brand you are selling has immense value in the market. It is successful and the best exhibition in the industry for the South east Asia region.

Kontras

Very high attrition rate. Too much internal conflicts and politics between colleagues and regional offices. No trust among employees. Senior management does not have any faith or patience for new recruits. Reimbursements take months. Travelling allowance is extremely poor. No benefits. No respect. Constant spying on employees. Unnecessary protocol for regional offices to report to Head office. Emails keep going back and forth for weeks before necessary action is taken. HR dept is not responsive to employee requests and needs. Odd hours. No incentives for over time. National holidays are avoided. One is forced to work for a different profile (event production) when hired for sales. No answers are given when asked. And most importantly threats to employees to block salaries until further notice because senior management is not impressed with the work done.

Pros

Good way of learning and getting involved in alot of different assignments throughout the job

Kontras

Training is not going to be at a side of things. Sometimes they mainly show you somethings and the rest is just thrown for you to just figure out.
