Pros
The pay is fair depending on your position. The PTO policy is pretty generous. They do allow flexibility in your schedule here and there as needed for appointments and such.
Kontras
Management has their "important/favored" properties. The rest get very little attention even though it is greatly needed. They focus on managing low income properties in bad areas of town. Unfortunately, they do not listen to their managers input on issues going on at the property and turn a blind eye unless they get slapped on the wrist from the City or by HUD. They use OneSite property management software which is very outdated and complicated to use. They do not pay certain positions appropriately for their title and for the work they complete. There is very few paid Holidays.
