Essentially the message is: do more work w the same caliber tools. More rules, no tools, effectively is what the average lay-person/collector is tasked with. As such, management will pick & choose where to apply certain "rules" (which there is no bible-of-rules for at all, in a company around 90+ years they have ZERO Standard Operating Procedures, & ZERO Best-Practices to refer to.), when & where they see fit. Any insights to help process & flow put forth by Collectors, are usurped, stolen & used by team-leads & mgmt to pass off as their own & take credit for. This is confirmed & recorded. The Caveat: when one suspects all the above mentioned tomfoolery happening in this company, one gets terminated. Thats 💯 &
