A bi-weekly paycheck that always cashed.

Monotony in the repetitive work-load. Specs for production always increase but tools to assist are production work-force never provided. Essentially the message is: do more work w the same caliber tools. More rules, no tools, effectively is what the average lay-person/collector is tasked with. As such, management will pick & choose where to apply certain "rules" (which there is no bible-of-rules for at all, in a company around 90+ years they have ZERO Standard Operating Procedures, & ZERO Best-Practices to refer to.), when & where they see fit. Any insights to help process & flow put forth by Collectors, are usurped, stolen & used by team-leads & mgmt to pass off as their own & take credit for. This is confirmed & recorded. The Caveat: when one suspects all the above mentioned tomfoolery happening in this company, one gets terminated. Thats 💯 &

At time of hire, each employee is provided with a comprehensive job description, which not only outlines the primary and secondary job duties, but it also includes detail on how employees are to conduct themselves to adhere to ABC-Amega’s core values. Our standard operating procedures and best practices have been well-established. ABC-Amega operates with an Open Door Policy by which any employee may freely bring concerns, including management, training and coaching, to the leadership or to HR. If an employee has ideas for process improvements, we encourage them to be shared. Decent pay, and work from home

Kontras

Managers make quick decisions and direct us to do tasks, and then have an about face, and change things. This happens all the time, it's frustrating. Also, the HR department is not great.
