Pros

Great technology, good pension, company car

Kontras

Average salary, really bad UK management obsessive about employing overseas engineers even if they can't drive let alone speak English well enough to pass a safety test! Management expect all staff to do 5 hours free overtime a week and not to claim for travel time etc. The bonus mentality stops departments working together and stops people sharing information, knowledge is power.
