Never worked a more stessful and worrying job in my entire life, if it wasn’t for the current job market I would be out of here in a heartbeat.
I am constantly worrying about meeting “target” because the target KPI’s are absolutely next to near impossible to reach with bending over backwards and exhausting yourself.
They preach on and on about how they care and get things sorted when it’s the complete opposite towards the staff, do not even get me started on the systems that are currently in place. They work completely against you. The current system of Duck Creek is by far the most convoluted, broken, 5 steps backwards system I have ever used. Taking calls and trying to help customers while using this system is next to near impossible but you are given constant feedback on your calls on how you breached on this current terrible system. The cult on execs calling this system a miracle is down right disgusting. Since they haven’t even touched and saying it’s absolutely amazing makes absolutely zero sense to us all.
