A few aspects of how the Committment Adherence works are confusing. If your system defaults sometimes your CA is still affected. When support departments are short staffed you have to spend more time on the line assisting your customer, thus losing the opportunity to move to the next call, forcing longer than expected service calls, and even causing your customer to become more frustrated than they were before they made the call.
