Pros
I’ve been working for A Data Pro for a while now. I’m not in Bulgaria, which is where the company is based. The payment is okay—not terrible, but far from ideal. They offer no benefits, and you only get 9 days of paid vacation in an entire year. If you want more time off, you have to request unpaid leave. There’s no meal allowance, no health insurance, no paid holidays—nothing. On top of that, they expect you to do a lot for a relatively low-paying job. Their requirements are extreme, but the pay doesn’t match the workload. Also, they don’t provide any equipment; you’re expected to use your own computer, which I find odd. I don’t know how things usually work in Bulgaria, but this setup feels like a form of modern-day slavery.

Work anywhere, and that’s about it.
