Inconsistent pay periods - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei 9th Way Insignia: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They recently switched to a new pay system, so now we have inconsistent pay periods. Before I knew exactly what day I would get paid, now I dont have a clue when pay day is. This is the most frustrating thing about working here, and my coworkers are very unhappy with not knowing when they will get paid, everyone is not wealthy and look forward to pay days to pay their bills in a timely manner, and this new system just made it very hard to work for this company, not sure if I can continue with unknown pay dates, which anyone should understand.
