Pros
-Good for starting a teaching career. -You'll gain experience. -You'll deal with all types of students of all ages. -You'll make new friends with other teachers. -If you love your work and students, they'll ask the management to have you as their teacher again in the next level.
Kontras
-Payroll issues, You'll always have some money left with the company. For example: You'll work for a month and get paid after working till the 3rd or 4th session of the next batch. (Meaning You'll work for part of the next month until you get your payment of the month before it) -Strict with creativity, wanting teachers to all have the same lesson plan and follow it. Which of kind of ruins the originality of each teacher and prevents them from shining. -Sometimes the students will keep asking the management to attend the next level with a specific teacher and they still wouldn't listen to them so that often results in the students feeling angry at other teachers and management.
