I've been with 3devo for under a year now, and it has been really amazing! One of the things that truly stands out about this company is its commitment to diversity and inclusion. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued for my unique perspective and background. It's like being part of a big family where everyone supports and uplifts each other. There are plenty of growth opportunities in the company as well. Whether you have multiple years of experience or just starting your career, you'll find chances to expand your horizons and venture into different fields. You have plenty of opportunities to grow in your field and others if you would like. What makes 3devo special is the amazing group of people you get to work with. They're not just colleagues; they're genuinely nice, caring people. The culture is built on kindness, respect, and open-mindedness, making every day a pleasure to come to work. I can't recommend 3devo enough for anyone seeking a fulfilling and inclusive work environment.

Occasional high workload during peak project periods, but if you are up for a challenge this doesn't matter much.

The company operates in a niche market and as of now (2023) cannot offer a corporate, highly-specialized, solidified work format since it is essentially in the process of breaking through.
