From heaven to hell - IT Senior Specialist bei 3M: Mitarbeiterbewertung

First time in my life that I was completely happy and proud to work on a such workplace, and then went down the hill becuase absolutely poor new management decisions, to the point that I developed a menthal issue and they fired me because of what they did on me. How an absolutely bad manager can fired an employee because managers' absolutely lack of people skills, time management, lies and betrayals, set up actions to trap the employee and then fire him/her???
