Friendly Minnesota HQ folks, family oriented culture.

HR is making performance review more robotic than ever. Everyone is forced to 'meet the numbers' regardless of performance in some cases. Rating system is considered demotivating. Sales force is ever decreasing in importance. More and more taken away to meet Wall St. expectations. Too bad, didn't used to be this way :(
