*Good people are involved in direct patient care. They are overworked and stressed, but most are truly invested in good patient care.

*The company functions on a point system, you have to accrue a certain number of points every week or you get written up. The bar is set aggressively, though not impossible. However, if you have patient related issues that require additional amounts of your time, you still have to hit your quotas. *Most of the managers work out of the corporate office in Goldsboro. They rarely, if ever, come out to the satellite offices. Management has little understanding of the realities of the individual offices. *"Compliance" is all management cares about. The motto of the company, and I'm not kidding here, is literally "One for all, and all for compliance". You are expected to cover the company's butt at all times.
