We couldn’t agree more that our comprehensive health and wellness packages, what we pay our employees, and our hybrid work schedules are just some of the many “perks” we offer! As you know, we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to bring up any concerns. We don’t encourage our managers to micromanage. However, we do encourage them to be actively involved in the business and to be engaged with their teams. Our focus on audits and checking ensures we are staying on track and catching potential issues early. Our customers expect a high-quality product and that’s our goal too!
