3DR has had a wild ride, but we're not out of the game yet. There's new vigor and life at 3DR. We've got a new direction, new leaders, and a new culture. I suspect that anyone who's ever worked at 3DR would be pleasantly surprised at what they see if visited. The unity in goals, attitude, and unity between the 2 offices has never been stronger.
We're a smaller company now, but that's not a bad thing. Everyone is more involved, the execs care even more for every employee and every important decision. They listen now.
Both offices spend a good amount of time after work together. We've assembled a really great group of people and it's no surprise that they've become good friends. Say what you will about 3DR's business history, but the one constant has been the great people that have worked here and the proof is how many great friendships that have endured even after 3DR. Today is no different.
