remote work; the people factor is what made this company torelable; they had a core of people that made work fun and engaging by their own even if it wasn't their role to do so, after some of those key people left the bonds and engagement were visibly weaker and the company seems clueless in man management and overall well being besides some useless polls that are just some generic corporate metrics that do not measure any real 'employee feelings'

rigid to change, using some of the oldest and inefficient frameworks and technologies; bad man management; lousy excuses for anything and annoying corporate initiatives that do not bring any real value besides being a burden; low compensation and almost non-existent employee benefits; in general makes you feel that you're working at a poor country flea market (there's no budget for anything, always go for the cheapest option, in general they have a cheap mindset/attitude); no real chance for career development and learning, their work is repetitive and dull, very niche, if you stay too long you lose touch with what's happening outside of their bubble and you're left behind
