Manager doesn't give any reviews what to do and what not to and saying everything is good but behind the back they are sending complaint to directors they take seperate meeting for indians and don't take meeting with other US employees coworkers. They don t give any task and knowledge transfer and expect you to understand everything by yourself about all the infrastructure and whats happening in the backened. They itself not able to bring any project and then expects you to to work on other profiles which are not at all relevent to what you do
