the people that work there are all backpackers, so good fun. The job experience makes me appreciate anywhere else I'll ever work.

Your job is constantly at risk. There is no comfort whatsoever, or any reassurance that you will have a job in a weeks time. You win awards for doing well, and then two days later you're pulled into a meeting room with 'two days' to save your job. Laughably archaeic management style, where motivation is driven by 'dont get fired'. I insist to anyone that you should take this job if its the only thing you can get, but that should be the only reason.
