A colleague discovered this by looking in the business registry - Major layoffs in 2024 -Forced developers to work over-time but were trying to refuse to pay for the extra hours worked -Extreme nepotism, as there were multiple family members in management positions, even some who were not qualified or competent - One of the Cofounders has since been removed, but his favourite way to spend the day was to bully and mistreat employees when he felt stressed. - The other cofounder would take days to answer emails, if he answers them at all. Not a happy or kind person, and also was never quite sure of what he did besides taking selfies. - Men were given promotions for the minimum effort, but women employees were expected to work twice as hard for less money, and held to different standards - Empathy and understanding shown to male employees with children but not working mothers
