Pros

Absolutely first class people. Nothing beats spending your days with a group of folks who literally want to turn an industry on its head. Incredible project work. No BS. Real work on real products that are really impacting peoples' financial lives. Great Clients. Actually enjoying working with our projects sponsors. Great Tech. Company only focuses on new and exciting technology as far as implementations.

The sheer volume of Client work coming in. Requires the company to grow rapidly; however, so far this has really been managed well.

Pros

After working at11:FS you will know how much of a cesspool this company is. The CEO is toxic, vulgar, and lacks ethics. After seeing the lowest of low, you can only go onwards and upwards and avoid work with a founding team that is unethical, unfair and biased.

Kontras

Men paid significantly higher than women and asking about this will be your demise.
