Pros
- Entrance threshold is very low - getting into customer service/support does not require previous experience, then it is possible to move up to any other department - Expectations are average - no working 12 hours a day is required or encouraged. - Almost everything is team-based, so you are never left alone with your job tasks - Young working environment, average age is about 30 y.o - Stability, for those employed directly, not via placing firms as there is a trade union . Of course it is not Israel Electrical company, but you should really mess up to get fired (stop going to work, unethical behavior, etc)
Kontras
- Salaries, after all, even as apart of Cellcom telco, are lower than in any real hi-tech companies. - No bonuses/consideration for your education level, i.e. if you happen to have the higher education it is not going to be regarded for anything. - After merging with Cellcom which is much bigger the 'corporatism spirit' took over, became much harder to get heard by the management, getting feeling that you are just an employee number for them, not a person.
