I’m a full time employee working at Intent Media about 6 months now. On a daily basis I remain impressed with the depth of talent in this company. Not only are there a lot of smart talented colleagues here, but the level of employee engagement is inspiring. Coworkers go above and beyond to deliver for each other consistently and the environment instills a “bring your best” aspect to company culture. We’ve got dogs, espresso, unlimited vacation, ping pong and a fully stocked kitchen but for me this is a great place to work because folks elevate each other daily and we all learn. Ambitious projects create opportunities to learn and celebrate success regularly. There are multiple standardized methods of employee recognition at Intent. A favorite custom of mine is listening to employees showcase their work at weekly company meetings There is a fully transparent culture where leadership speaks weekly to the team and answers any questions asked.
Kontras
With a very trusting culture and lots of individual autonomy it’s easy to take on too much and lose work/life balance. The company stresses work life balance and is very flexible with employees, but it’s up to the employee to manage their schedule.
