We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the real estate industry, preferably in wholesaling, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, lead generation experience, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities including cold calling, property analysis, CRM management, and coordination with agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate, qualify, and nurture real estate leads
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with real estate agents, sellers, buyers, and potential clients
  • Perform property comparisons (comps) to help determine market value and investment opportunities
  • Assist in preparing and presenting property offers to sellers and agents
  • Coordinate property showings and appointments with leads and internal team members
  • Support negotiations by assisting with offer discussions and terms under management guidance
  • Review contracts and related real estate documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate support or wholesaling is preferred
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Ability to analyze property information and comparable sales data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with real estate CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of real estate contracts, offers, and transaction processes
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with U.S.-based real estate clients or investors

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily KPIs

  • Minimum of 100 calls per day (combined inbound and outbound)
  • Minimum of 2 hours talk time per day

Performance Targets

  • Month 1: Minimum of 1 property comped and offered per day
  • Month 2: Minimum of 2 properties comped and offered per day
  • Month 3: Minimum of 3 properties comped and offered per day and at least 1 signed/accepted offer per month
  • After Month 3: Minimum of 3 signed/accepted offers per month
