I have over 15 years experience in Oracle and support 3 years in Exadata, a large hardware machine system not every firm has. I'm able to address all their tech questions, even teach them how-to-do in one of difficult questions from my work. I'm OK to share, don't mind they take away of my answer as their credit. However, not get offer by saying of 'no offshore experience', but I have more than 6 years oversea experience with multi offshore offices in Europe, Japan, India. It's clearly listed in my resume. I heard TCS = 'Tamil Consultant System', means favor their own people and almost only hire their own people from India. I'm not from India, not from South India the 'Tamil'. While, interview like this sucks! it only show how Low they are!
