I like the fact that Frontier Airlines wants everyone to be able to travel. That's why the low fares and good service to all, equally. The company cares if their employees are happy within the work that they do. That's something appealing to a prospective employee. The airline is a nice combination of people from different cultures and that culture us something that appeals to me.
