Adrian headhunted me by putting together a very thorough and well written e-mail. I had a good conversation with him a week later: what a top guy and absolutely top of his game. I was very, very happy doing what I was doing so kudos to his tenacity and determination to start to sway me. I then went for an interview in Brighton which was professionally organised and chaperoned by Alex (that boy has serious organisation skills). Over the following weeks Sean was point for my comms with Unity and he has not only been spot on with his organisation and ability to drive things forward, but he is great to talk to and has the gift of the gab.

All interviewers were welcoming and remarkably open with information even at the early stages of the recruitment process as well as being open to follow-up emails asking for further details and additional phone calls when needed.

Recruiter reached out to me whilst I was in another role with an opportunity that could be a good fit. Had an initial screen call with the lead recruiter and then proceed with 2 other interviews. In addition to that I had calls with 3 other members of the team that I would be working with to find out more about the culture and the team within the company. The overall process was completed within about 2 weeks when I was offered the position. It was then about another week going over some questions on the contract when I accepted the position
