Communication was clear throughout the process, and the recruiting team kept me informed of next steps and timelines. The process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a screening interview with the recruiter, which focused on my background, qualifications, interest in the role, and overall fit with the organization. The second round was a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed my experience and approach to third-party risk management. The final round consisted of three separate 30-minute interviews with team members. These interviews included a mix of behavioral and role-specific questions related to vendor risk assessments, due diligence, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving. Each interviewer provided a unique perspective on the team and role. Overall, the interviewers were professional, welcoming, and engaged throughout the process. I appreciated the opportunity to meet multiple members of the team and gain insight into the culture, expectations, and day-to-day responsibilities of the position.
