In a typical day to day, the staffs are working from 8.30am to 8 or 9pm, without OT pay. and theyre required to come back on weekends to oversee some operational matters. Applied for the role via Jobstreet. Expected salary was estimated $3k. During the interview, was told that the job actually offers $2k for such long working hours. I got the vibe during the interview that the hiring managers is trying to tell me that I'm not suitable for the job. I tried my best till the end of the interview to stay positive. I ended up feeling discouraged.
