Standard interview process. The 4 interviews were a mix of behavioral, leadership, project work, system design, and code / review. It took a few weeks to get through them all.

The actual interview process was a bit different from what the hiring team told me. They didn't tell me why but the order of the different rounds were different from the instructions. So do not just prepare for the next round. Overall I got one HR interview, one manager and culture interview and three rounds of technical interview. Each round of technical interview involved a live coding session and a system design question. Sometimes I felt that technical interviewers were also a bit confused about what kind of questions they should ask. They appeared not very sure about whether they should ask only one of the live coding question and system design question, or both, so it was very possible I got some extra questions. HR and manager interviews were normal. Just prepare for introduction and dip into some details of past projects, the best thing you did, the worst time you had, and other behavioral questions where they might evaluate the culture fit and what you are looking for.
